My Nan has been going through a rough time with my grandad being unwell, the staff were incredibly rude to her and were incredibly unhelpful. The lady who spoke to my nan should be ashamed of herself and shouldn?t be able to have a job speaking to the public if that?s her attitude. Utterly disgusting:

Compared to other banks, the staff try very hard, and achieve alot. I always feel welcome, and valued. Thankyou!Their job is made more difficult by an aging computer system, which has serious limitations on what the staff can actually do. But this is a problem of nearly all the established competition.
