Useless as usual! Said attempted delivery twice.. Yodel managed to deliver a parcel the same day. Perhaps Royal Mail need a training course in how to press an intercom system button.(P.S. It works the same as a normal doorbell button) hope this helps.

Our local post is so unreliable. The only way to ensure you get a parcel is by sending it by guaranteed 13:00 next day; and even then, it often doesn’t arrive by 13:00. The local office is also open VERY irregularly. Horrendous as there aren’t many other options.
