I use this shop to send and receive Evri parcels, 99.9% of the time without any problems at all. I also buy things sometimes, once again with no problems. I have never had a problem with any of the staff, but I always greet them with a smile, and wait patiently for my turn to be served.

Every 6 months or so I forget how bad it is using Evri at this Londis and give it a go :( have had such a struggle finding parcels that have been sent to me and also issues sending them too. Really unreliable service unfortunately.

Went here to send a parcel back yesterday. Printed off label and handed them over. Told abruptly to put the label on by a young man when he's meant to do that! But it wasn't just the label, it was his attitude and rudeness. I've never met someone who gave off such a negative attitude. I will definitely not be going back there.

Trying to use this parcel shop is hopeless and incredibly stressful. There is always an issue with collection and returns. The staff are always saying there's something wrong without being willing to help find a solution. For example, find a problem with how you've packaged a return. Even when you've selected package free return they refuse to do it - even when you show them the Evri website saying that they do). Avoid this ParcelShop at all costs and go to literally any other...or ideally use Royal Mail and the Post Office!

Awful, awful shop. Has changed hands again recently, it's now called Family Shopper, and it's gone downhill badly.
Hardly anything has prices marked so they can hit you with the most insane price when you pay. The prices on items is absolutely outrageous, nearly £5 for a tub of instant noodles!!!
I swear this shop must be a front for something. Go to the coop or premier on crescent road instead.

This place sells multipacks cans as singles. I got proof in pictures. They stuck paper over where barcode would be and it said dr paper ironically lmfao. I dont really care tbh but as you constantly give my girlfriend grief every time she's in the shop for no reason at all i thought id show everyone what cheap scumbags work here. She is no way the type to start or invite trouble she's smiley and happy and just wants to be served. Sort your attitudes out before someone sorts you out. You're the problem not us. You better start talking to everyone with respect because from what i see in your reviews you are not liked by this area. Tell the younger guy to stop getting high or drunk before he works too. You're lucky to have a business so stop being snobby and snippy to people you need to keep your business afloat. Edit. Just found out while talking this over, that in the summer my daughter went in with a fiver and bought a bottle of pop and some crisp and came home with no change. She came home and told my partner that he said thats what it comes to. My partner had to go get it and when questioned he played dumb. The guy had tried to rob a 11 year old girl. Sorry the lucky idkyfhi man tried to rob a 11 year old girl...Apparently they try short change or no change a lot so pay attention when they do the till. Report them if you get any grief. (ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS WERE FOR THE PREVIOUS OWNERS)

Rude and incompetent staff

I ordered a parcel here and went to collect it, lady at the counter didn?t ask for any ID and just handed me the parcel, which wasn?t even my parcel, I only noticed when I got home and checked. I returned the parcel the next day and the lady was rude as always and didn?t apologise and told me that my actual parcel wasn?t there yet.I returned back a couple of days later to see if my parcel had been delivered and the lady was rude and dismissive again. I asked the man at the counter and I suggested that they do check peoples ID match the parcels before handing them out to save any upset or this happening again as this could be a parcel of high value and just giving it to any random person. The lady then began to speak over me and say she was busy( the shop at the time only had me as a customer) I am a regular customer there but I will not be any longer as every time I go there the lady is always rude and obnoxious.I do not recommend people getting their parcels delivered there as it could be given to any random person on collection!

Very bad customer service, rude staff.Charge you for things you don't buy, if you ask price and don't buy.Overcharged for wine, label on shelf said 2 for £11, but charged £12 and she went and took label off. Should charge what it is advertised as. I spotted on till machine been charged for pizzaThey keep shouting to each other in their own language across the shop.Very rude and disrespectful.Sell out of date milk and blame you for not checking sell by date, too small to readdisrespectful.Hate going thereOnly use for emergencies, very expensive.

Went in last night to get a few scratch card I was asked for ID witch is fair enough he look at my ID said ?yes? and gave it back as I was about to pay he asked to see my ID again for some reason as I went to get it out my wallet the worker behind the till goes and grabs my ID himself from my wallet

Ordered a pair of trainers to the shop. Nike quite kindly made it very obvious to anyone encountering the parcel as to what they were (the shoe boxed size outer box covered in nike ticks did the trick). Went to collect said parcel to be told that it wasn't in the shop.I put on my detective hat and stick on moustache to do some investigating. Found a picture from Evri showing the chap in the shop holding my parcel.I went back to the shop with my new found evidence expecting to see a member of staff with a snazzy pair of dunks on, unfortunately this wasn't the case.After a great deal of arguing, the bloke from the shop returned to my barber shop of choice to tell me if I brought ID to the shop, I could have my parcel.On receiving my parcel, I noticed that the rip tag to open the box had been pulled and stuck back down to with double sided tape.To summarise, Londis attempted to steal my parcel.
