1 star is extremely generous i wouldve put half a star if none but i cant anyways i bought an IVG vape and was ID then I walked 2 mins around the corner opened it and used it as any person would do then I notice the vape wasn?t firing properly and would intermittently fire by itself I then walked back to the shop and asked to either exchange the vape for a new one , showing the man behind the counter who had previously served me minutes before , as this one was clearly broken or for a refund he then proceeded to give me some bollocks about how other people had gone outside and bashed the vape to deliberately brake it and then come back for a refund which I thought made no sense because why would someone bother to do that in the first place then he pointed to the little shitty piece of cardboard in the display that read ? no refunds after walking out shop? then said it wasn?t his fault it was his bosses which made me furious as neither the sign or what he was saying made sense because in order to get any sort of refund I would?ve had to have opened and used the vape in the shop he even agreed and said he saw my point but couldn?t offer a refund to me as he was under his bosses instructions not too who was conveniently not around but I will be reporting this shop to the trading standards and the Citizens Advice consumer service so be happy to hear from them and be done for selling illegal/dodgy vapes ? u should?ve just given me a refund boss
