As I was driving from London, yellow sign come up on the dash ,I was very anxious and didn't what to do but let going ,I realise now stopping was better and called my emergency breakdown, luckily there was a Kwik fit as I arrived in Ramsgate,the guys there fantastic,so helpful and saw to it immediately,they knew it was re tyre pressure,too much in one as I only had them checked Sunday before and this was Thursday,I can't thank them enough,very friendly, helpful so I owe them and hope to visit Ramsgate soon again where I will make it my business to pop in and give them a gift in thanks

Sorted my air conditioning on my car, which I had tried a few local garages and they couldn?t do it. Booked in with kwikfit and got a very quick appointment, dropped it in for less then an hour and boom I have my air conditioning all sorted for this summer. Excellent service and great attitudes. Will continue to book my car through them.

Called in a couple of days ago as I noticed a broken nail in one of my front tyres (the tyre was still inflated so I didn't pull it out). A guy came and had a look (sorry, I don't know his name) and pulled it out to discover it was a screw and had just bent over. Took all of 30 seconds and I was back on my way. No charge. What a star.....can't get better service than that.

I came in for a puncture repair in near-side front and after waiting 24hrs for a new tyre to be delivered, Quik Fit for whatever reason replaced both front tyres. I was offered for the original tyre to be re-fitted to the off-side wheel but I was late in my schedule and had to leave so I accepted the situation as it was, but Quik Fit inherited a perfectly good part worn tyre from my off-side wheel without offering any discount in the two tyres I purchased. So I just got ripped off. I should have stayed with F1 my normal tyre supplier. Quick Fit need some system that logs and indicates the work required for each vehicle, so mistakes are not made. Fortunately the work done had no errors in it.

Grant & his other 2 members of staff were very accommodating to my needs and made sure my tyres & checks were carried out fully and kept me informed with what they were doing and explained all aspects of what was being done.
Having had trouble with a locking wheel bolt that couldn't be removed by themselves I was put in touch with someone else that could possibly help, but to no avail, but upon my return the guys were very helpful in getting new tyres fitted. Excellent service guys will definitely be back again ????

Quoted few hundred pounds to change brake light bulb , saying it may need a new light I said to step dad let me look at it
They could not remove light unit
Came off very easy just 2 plastic finger nuts done in 2 minutes
Either scamming or completely useless avoid
