We were waiting for our order. The person in front was waiting 45 minutes. Others were coming back for missing items. After 20 minutes we asked for a refund. We weren't the only ones.No apologies,no one in charge, this branch needs serious management intervention.

I went there today, my boy wanted to test KFC because he never tried one. And I have realised that I took him very bad one. I have to take him somewhere clean KFC. The floor was very very greasy, me and my daughter both fall down on from the chair because chairs were not in place due to grease. Food was just warm (not hot). There was no soap in the toilet. Toilet floor also very greasy. Kind suggestions please clean the floor so customer can feel comfortable to ho there. Somewhere KFC would go but never there

Absolutely terrible. Lazy, incompetent staff. I ordered eat in and got my meal thrust at me in a bag. I had to ask for a little cardboard tray to eat my food from. They forgot fork and napkins. I went to the counter and said 'excuse me' politely, the girl looked through the oven gap and just walked off so I vaulted the counter and served myself. The staff either didn't notice or care that I was behind the counter. Check the CCTV at around 21:00ish on the 04/03/25 and you will see me in grey tracksuit and white cap have to serve myself.
I would think about further training for the incompetent operatives on duty that night.

My food was cold, the chips were burnt and my chicken burger was pink all the way through.
I called and they kept saying 'so you say it's pink we don't know"

As KFC is literally an abbreviation of 'Kentucky Fried Chicken', the majority of the menu is not suitable for vegetarians. There ARE vegetarian options, but very little. The rice boxes are fairly decent, but there's almost always something missing. The last time we got one ordered, the kidney beans were missing and there wasn't the corn on the cob that was clearly advertised as a part of the meal. This issue isn't a one-off, either, as it has happened several times within the past two years.
A lot of the time, you ask for the missing part of the meal and you get it, but that's not the point. You shouldn't have to ask for something that you've paid for, only to be told that the meal that you've ordered from the image that is provided on the menu's "isn't our image".
Apart from the 'only salad' mishap, this Ramsgate KFC is relatively good.
You'll occasionally find pubes on the disabled toilet's sink; Teenagers tend to loiter around the entrance once in a while, but that isn't KFC'S problem.

What a mess, rubbish on the floor that you have to wade through, uncleaned tables.
Long queues.
Luckily, there are other alternative local places to eat, and much cleaner.

A fairly typical KFC in Ramsgate. You know what you're going to get in these places, and this is no exception.
The atmosphere is not exactly inspiring, with fairly oppressive lighting.
But it was clean, which is always an advantage when you're eating.

This is the best fast food restaurant ever. The food is so tasty and fresh, the restaurant is always so clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Definitely will come back
