The team here have created such a welcoming atmosphere and are very knowledgeable about the services they provide.Every time I have an appointment I am greeted with a smile and friendly hello, offered a drink and seen promptly at my appointment time.I highly recommend booking here for hair and beauty services.

Got my eyelashes done, lady was completely rude, and was obviously in a rush and as she rushed through my eyelashes she stabbed my eye over 4 times and 3 weeks later the eyelashes are still causing me pain and distress, don?t go to this salon, absolutely awful should be shut down

Why have I not been here before. So friendly, went with my daughter and both had hair done by Storm, one after other. Little things like making sure there was seat next to each other whilst other one getting hair done means a lot. Everyone was smiley. Best of all, we both love how Storm cut our hair, she kept checking we happy, talked through what she was doing. We already booked next appointment. Thank you TraceyServices: Blowouts

Giving just five stars for my appointment with Storm doesn't seem fair... She deserves at least a hundred! I was so nervous coming somewhere new even though I'd gotten to know the beauty bar girls, that my hands were shaking when I opened the door. Storm was so kind, so friendly, and as ever, the HoH team welcomed me with open arms. Storm worked with me to create a really nice look, different to what I've had before, and always checked in with me to ensure I was okay. I've not felt that at home in a salon for a very, very long time. Can't wait to come back and see Storm!Services: Hair coloring

Lashes were nice however fully fell out after two days , only problem was the patronising management fully putting blame on clients if things go wrong which does happen sadly but cannot admit herself. Would not recommend for younger audiences.

Stuck up management doesn?t value customers . Will be disrespectful to you if something on their side goes wrong will not admit fault. Degrades you if your younger for no reason even if you?ve been respectful. Will refuse refunds even if they?re in fault, do not recommend dealing with the management

As a nail tech myself I am highly critical of others doing my nails, however I wouldn?t go anywhere else for my builder gel manicures. Attention to detail is spot on. The salon is an absolute VIBE and I love it there, could not recommend enough!

Absolutely lovely staff! Can?t say a bad word about any of them. Bought a voucher for my mum and she had Tasmin for nails and lashes and she absolutely loved them! I would send any of friends and family to House of Hair!
