I always have problems with boots pharmacy in Ramsgate as there is always a long queue or they are closed. This week has been the worst as I had an urgent prescription sent by my GP on 24th June for 1 item. I was told that it has to be processed and they will text me when ready to collect. Today 27th June I just made it as they were closing again at 1.00pm, when I got home the medication I collected did not include what my GP had sent. What ever happened to you getting prescriptions filled on the same day you are sick!

My Doctor issued an urgent prescription. I called the Pharmacy who said they didn't have the item, however they sourced it and I collected it that afternoon, plus two other items that weren't due until the following week. Superb service, a big thank you to all concerned.

Can't explain how grateful I am to the pharmacy staff I am heading of on holiday tomorrow and when I collected my prescription one item was missing that I really needed for my partner and the ladies went above and beyond to get hold of this one item for me can't thank you enough great team you have.

I started a new prescription a week ago and the lady at Boots asked if I would like a call in a weeks time from the pharmacist to see how things are going. I said yes, and this morning the pharmacist called me. She was excellent. She asked me great questions and wanted to make sure that I have had no side-effects from my new medication.
I just want to say what turn outstanding service. Thank you so much.

Feels a little strange upon entering this store. It is more like entering an airport check in. You walk around wandering if someone will tap you on the shoulder, to remind you that you have missed the scanner upon entry.
However, they do a fantastic free condom fitting service (according to a friend).

Long queue all morning at the pharmacy counter. No other checkouts open, so all purchasesthroughPharmacy. Pharmacy then closed for lunch!!!

Pharmacy closes for an hour between 13:00-14:00, and Boots doesn?t indicate this either in their website or here on Google. Lack of care/incompetence strikes again in Thanet. Shocker.

OMG- it has been a long time since I have had such poor customer service. To be honest not probably typical of my Boots experiences in other parts of the country. This one was like walking into the set of ?28 days later?. No staff to be seen, or difficult to find. Conflicting, confusing and wrong advice from some staff( regarding returning sharps/needles) advised by these staff to seek advice from ?prescription? staff of which there were two hiding behind a closed sign (12:00 mid day in a Saturday) only to be told to return the following day when they have a pharmacist available. A pharmacy with no pharmacist!!! New one to me. Anywho terrible experience all round and from a staple member of the high street. No wonder we are gravitating online!!!!
