Nice store, nice can do staff and the other customers are friendly which is an oddity in this part of Kent. Though not a hyper store it has enough range of goods to satisfy most needs and surprisingly the prices are better than the Canterbury branch.

I am giving it 5 stars, not because it's the best supermarket, but the people there are lovely and friendly. And yeah, sometimes you can feel like a right lemon standing at self-service till, with that voice bleating over and over. But that's the time to take a breath, and realise stressing isn't worth it. :) Oh, and it's late night opening is very useful!

Poorly stocked and terrible customer service, often no baskets available and when you need assistance at the self-checkouts it can take forever for anybody to show interest. Having waited too long I just walked out and left all the shopping there. This Asda has a reputation amongst all my neighbours and it?s not a good one!

Small supermarket but sells a lot of products ideal for ready meals and convenience foods when your on holiday . A bit of everything .There is also a very large Asda nearby if needed

Very convenient, but their restock is awful. More often than not, you can't buy what you're looking for, and it can be weeks before the product is in stock again. Not dependable at all. Next to this, be prepared for a reshuffle every other week. So annoying to go to the place where you think the item is only to find its all been moved and mixed around.

8:15 in the morning, don?t expect to be served by a human being. Self service check out only, which I refuse to use! I asked the assistant to do it for me, she obliged with dose of contempt. So if you?re elderly or partially sighted then don?t come before 9am. What a disgrace?..the breakdown of society continues.

Only visited to collect a parcel. A nice easy system for collection.A shame that disabled bays are occupied by non blue badge holders.
