Just been into store 8/5/25 at 6.40pm, Which I go in alot and felt very unvaluied as a customer, young man at till chatting all the time to a black lady colleuge, no hello, cash or card, would you like a bag, no eye contact absolutely no customer care at all. He just stood there with his thumbs in the belt loops òn his jeans. Very rude, he needs to go on a course in valuing customers.

The woman who served me was beyond rude and spoke to me as if I was a child. They spent ages trying to scan a parcel, holding up the line for a while, and even though I had valid ID, I was told I couldn?t be sold an energy drink despite being over 16.

It appears the staff aren't trained in how to deal with people with autism so it may be helpful to guide them towards Bhuddism or simply tell them to keep quiet (difficult i know) and just scan the items :-)
