Rainham Kent branch was never going to be viable with only 1 queue for pharmacy and shop. Perhaps having a couple of self checkouts for general shop stock may have increased the viability. Service can be slow because staff are very methodical but staff are also helpful

Disappointing to pay for parking only to find they are "closed for lunch" between 1pm-2pm and it was 1.30 and I only had 30 minutes on the meter! Please update the website with you new times please!

Worst store ever - don't think I've ever spent less than half an hour in the queue here; all I wanted to do was collect a parcel that I had already paid for! Won't be using them again.Important note, however, the staff were lovely, just need more of them.

Friendly staff who are trying their best every day having to listen to people in the one way queue complaining. Yes it may take more time but the system works. They always have a smile on their faces ?

Nice friendly staff but they have changed the queing system in the store that has been in operation for many years to an adjacent isle that you cannot see. Waited 10 minutes to be informed that I was in wrong queue and had to move to the new one. Tape still on floor marking out old queuing system. From two in queue to number 6! Total wait time to collect on-line order 25 mins. Why no notices advising customers of the change as I am not a mind reader?

Terrible service. Must be the worst pharmacy ever n the UK. Even with 5 people working the queues are long and slow. And their management of prescriptions is a joke. My advice is to go elsewhere!

If I could give no stars I would! 2 types of customer visit this store, those for prescription and those for sales. So many complaints about queues as there is no management of said queue. Staffing issues or not if you have 3 members of staff in at all times the queue can be managed, expectations can be managed and overall customer service and satisfaction will be better. Seriously Boots need to address this store. Shockingly bad!. 40 minutes to collect a delivery is just ridiculous, the only reason I waited that long as its christmas presents! No apologies no acknowledgement just rudeness. Will not ever set foot in this store again.

Hours online don't match what they do in store as they close the entire store everyday for and hour and half for lunch. Never answer the phone and the speed they work is so unbelievably slow. I always left myself an hour free to go pick up a prescription. So glad iv moved to Spencleys in Twydall
