Absolute crap . 85 % bone , you can tell the chicken is cheap by all the odd shapes . I can safely say this is the worst KFC I have ever had .

I couldn?t give it a zero rating. No staff to take orders at a till now needs to be done on the app, I have a blue light card so couldn?t get a discount, also, when did the portions get so small? I ordered the boneless bucket 10 piece between four of us we had about 10 chips each! No popcorn chicken, doesn?t come with the boneless bucket anymore, dips 50p each, what a rip off, when you used to get the with the meal. My husband went without dinner because there just wasn?t enough food to go around.When serving the staff look so miserable, they left food on the side getting cold and were too busy chatting to each other. I will not be going back there in the future.

Long wait for food as low on staff members. Ordered four piece meal and received all drumsticks. I would have sent back but as I had waited so long I was famished. Food itself was cooked adequately.

Girl on the drive through window was incredibly rude and it almost felt like she was rushing me. Got home and was disappointed to see that the gravy I had ordered wasn?t in there

Hannah was exceptionally polite and kind ? we truly appreciated the outstanding customer service she provided. Tiffany was equally impressive. Despite closing time, both team members remained professional and welcoming, never made us feel rushed. They created a fantastic experience and are undoubtedly a real asset to your team

Absolutely disgusting! Waited 27 minutes for 1 DRINK! All I ordered was a large Pepsi max and we had ti ask for a refund for them to do the drink. Staff are rude and have faces like they?ve been hit by a bus, customer service is dreadful and all I have to say is good luck to anyone who visits.

Absolute Shambles of a place ? 28 minutes wait snd you?re lucky if you actually get what you order ?. Rude staff and a manageress that just wants to argue that she is short staffed and busy .
Don?t waist your time drive the extra 6 miles to Sittingbourne and see what a real KFC runs like

Wow. Always for years horrendous service! Mediocre food and very long waits and tonight a lost receipt. What sort of morons do they employ that are that bad at their job that they lose receipts? Got hurled abuse at because other customers whom I don?t know how they have, were waiting but not as long as an hour which we were very patient about. I give up with fast food. It?s so not worth it. Over priced bad quality chicken. Will go to Morley?s next time!
