Order food waited 45 minutes food came out cold , sent food back took another 25 minutes and again food came back stone cold

We booked a roast dinner for 6 and were told when we arrived that the carvery and kids menu were the only items on the menu due to limited staff. We had the choice to cancel the booking at this stage but decided to continue with the carvery, and we are glad we did.
Despite being understaffed, the staff worked tirelessly to manage a very busy restaurant and bar. The roast was one of the best we have had in a very long time, and we have tried many places in recent years. This may become our go-to place for a Sunday dinner.

Really good food this evening. Really enjoyed the evening meal with friends.
Parking: Parking is restricted to 45 minutes, unless you enter your reg number into a screen at the bar, then I believe you get up to 5 hours. If you don't, then you will get a parking fine through the door. If you then prove you were there, then they will usually overturn the fine.

Pub has great food, good portions & really friendly and helpful staff.
Are daily offers and Steak discounts Thursday .
Pub is reasonably new behind Morrisons and B & M and weekdays seems spacious .
Parking: Parking is after Morrisons Caf Park and consists of around 25 spaces but if full it is possible to use B & M or Morrisons car parks

Just had a lovely Sunday lunch with my dad. I must say that the food was very nice. The staff were very friendly and the service was good. Glad to be returning in the near future

Manger called domick was not helpful and his customer service was terrible as he staff members told me that we?re not booking on Sunday for a dinner but my family when to them and there was empty so I think his management skills for being a manager for two days at five bridge is horrible and customer service was not good
Ask for some understanding but he was not willing to help

Staff were friendly and polite however we waited for our drinks, which arrived after our meal. Food was lovely however veg was like warm.

Nice lunch, helpful staff
Parking: Only 2 disabled spaces, but plenty of close parking
Wheelchair accessibility: Elevated table to take a wheelchair user.
Step free access to the restaurant, Very helpful and engaging staff.
