I was in this costa on Friday. There was a woman who appeared to be in charge,shouting at this lady who was trying her best,but all this manager was doing was being very rude and abusive towards her. The coffee in Costa is very good! But how this woman was speaking to this new member of staff was terrible. There was other customers waiting who were not impressed either.

Busy Place Can Be Quite Noisy From Younger Kids, Newer/Day Staff are very friendly to customers and very welcomming to everybody
Notes For Google Maps: Recommend Breakfast Wrap & Hot-chocolate, LGBTQIA+ Friendly, Friendly Staff, Wheelchair accessible, Parking Available outside Main enterance or around the corner
Parking: Near Morrisons or infront of shop
Kid-friendliness: Nice atmosphere but may be a little bit noisy for younger kids on busy days.
