I think the staff serving here get a lot of stick from fickle customers who expect there to be many staff manning the tills all day. I think they do a great job, and I certainly don't mind a bit of a wait to be served during busy times ( school rush can be very slow, esp' as there are only 2 tills ). Food is always good, as is the coffee. Nothing to complain about as far as I'm concerned

As much as I love Greggs products (despite the variety now being cut right down and being a shell of what it once was), this branch is pretty awful. They don?t replenish often enough, meaning no matter what time you go, there?s barely anything left. I?ve also caught them shutting early multiple times. The baked goods often aren?t even hot and sometimes served cold despite coming out of the warmers. Staff themselves are nice and service is good, but the management seriously needs a rethink.

3 staff behind the counter only 1serving was in the shop nearly 15 minutes to get a bacon roll and then told no rolls what a waste of time.

Supposedly doesn't shut until 4 on a Saturday, went at 3 and it was closed, called to ask why and was informed "because it is closed". No message on the door to explain why they were closed early, think the staff just thought they'd get off early tbh :)
