Staff are so helpful, they go that extra mile. If they?ve not got something, they?ll get it in and deliver it if needed. Prices are fair, well stocked shop and friendly atmosphere! Keep up the great work ?

Used to live in New Romney great pet shop Tina and Lou are amazing nothing is too much trouble. We now live in Dover but still regularly use That Pet Shop, fantastic business.
