A lovely pub with a charming team and good food, beers, drinks options, atmosphere. We popped in on Sunday, the roast was excellent (roast beef cooked to order, an amazing kick in the horseradish, excellent sides including a fantastic cauliflower cheese). Very good starters too - and an exceptional sticky toffee pudding (thinks dates inside). Everyone was so attentive and cheery, helpful and it has a homely local atmosphere. If in Minster, do check it out ;)

Wanted somewhere to spend time with family and have lunch together. We couldn?t have chosen a better pub to go to. From the call to book a table to the meal itself we were welcomed and we received great customer care. Parking was easy and there is a lovely restaurant, which is spacious and comfortable. Great menu and excellent food. Prices very competitive too. We?d recommend all of the dishes we had, which were steak pie, chicken burger and butternut squash curry. Really impressed and will go back.

Little gem found the staff are so genuine and just seem happy even though it?s so busy when we go, they always go out of there way to fit us in last minute only tried the roast dinner and the best cauliflour cheese, will definitely be back to try the other food menu nice quality food and assume all home made.
