Absolutely HORRENDOUS system!! Myself don?t ever go to the doctors because the phone lines are constantly busy and you can?t get through BUT when it comes to my children I have the constant battle to get though to the doctors to get appointments for them and when you FINALLY get through from calling at 8am to 10am to be told there isn?t ANY APPOINTMENTS over the TWO surgery?s they have is absolutely ridiculous!! And get told to go to the walk in clinic next door in the hospital to be turned away because there isn?t any more appointments left! It?s disgusting that you have to get your child up and dressed for them to go and see if you can actually get an appointment and for them to been turn away!!! Actually SHOCKING!

Today I went to the sheerness branch to have a ecg done. I saw the lovely Georgina? I suffer really bad with anxiety and it?s now the second time I?ve seen this lady She puts my mind at ease and makes the whole experience a lot easier for me to cope with. so Thankyou :)

Absolutely horrendous system!!!I?ve been trying to get through for a week and have already called 89 times this morning since 8am, HOW ON EARTH DO YOU GET A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT??? The phone line just continuously cuts you off???

I was told on Friday that my prescription for pills that I?ve run out of, would be with the pharmacy by Monday afternoon. Apparently not at the pharmacy today, Monday, and can?t get through to anyone at the surgery as lines closed at 3pm. I have none of this particular medication and haven?t had all weekend! Not impressed at all.

I have been trying to get an appointment with a Dr. since beginning of December. I ring at 8am.but line busy. I ring later & get through but appointments all gone. I'm 86 and can't see me getting an appointment anytime soon. I have ongoing health problems and really need to be seen. No continuity in treatment here at all.

I've been with this GP since it was based at the old hospital. It has never been as bad as it now. Unable to get through on the phone at any time of day. If you do manage to get a ring tone it just rings and rings until you get a voice saying its been unable to connect your call, please try later.iId love to be able to comment on the service but I've been trying to get through to them on the phone for over a week now and am yet to speak to anyone. Awful.
