Very homely feeling old pub in a village tucked away down country lanes. They have a great selection of beers, I have never seen the Benedictiner or Klostiner Schwarzbier anywhere before and they're worth travelling for. Good ales too.
My only complaint is unless you're very local or stay here you have to drive. Means I'm stuck to a single pint.

They DON'T DO FOOD! just crisps and nuts so don't come wanting a feast! This is a great country pub Good selection of well kept beer and larger. Check out the opening times on the web. well worth a visit. friendly and helpful staff! Love it. we have a weekly pilgrimage on a Sunday, open from 2.00pm. a real antidote to run of the mill 'foodie' pubs, great conversation! See you there.
