Juliette was a pleasure to deal with in helping me find my first flat. Whilst on a viewing she asked lots of questions on what I was looking for and managed to arrange a viewing on the spot for another flat straight afterwards that matched my requirements that I had not found elsewhere. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and so speedy! I would highly recommend Your Move and in particular Juliette. I also spoke with several others in the office, including James who was also really helpful!

What an absolute delight start to finish. Kristina first showed me around and then Juliette and both were friendly and informative. Juliette then helped me find a really lovely home where my wants and needs perfectly aligned with the landlords and it was a smooth and easy process. I feel confident that Your Move will take good care of me throughout my tenancy which is really important as a renter. Highly recommend Your Move. I used Your Move Margate to arrange and let my very first rental property. With all the questions and administration this comes with our manager Juliette made the whole process extremely easy and actually enjoyable! Guiding us through every step and offering tailored advice to our specific situation we were surprised at just how fantastic the service was and 2 months into our tenants move in we are still pleased as punch. We have reliable tenants and the knowledge that the team have and knowing they are there whenever we need to speak to them, no matter how small our enquiry is just great peace of mind. Highly recommend to anyone considering letting their property with this team to go for it!

Samantha Kennedy is an outstanding estate agent! She is experienced, professional, honest, responds quickly to all communications and is accessible even after hours.She knows the Thanet market, how to find buyers, and follows through with the buyers until completion of the sale.I would recommend her without reservation!Everyone else in the office is helpful and efficient. They responded rapidly if Samantha was not available.
