I always find Woolls to be extremely helpful. They go the extra mile to get medication delivered, even over busy periods. I very much appreciate their services & wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them.

This is my favourite Margate pharmacy. They always have the drugs that I need (to plunge into my kids for all their ailments), the queues diminish quickly, the women are pros behind the counter and the locum on duty today was a effortlessly smooth operator who diagnosed my daughter in less than a minute, was brutally polite and the cuffs of his white shirt were so sharp it was like staring at the cheekbones of a Gucci male model from the late 90's. Superb, every time.

I've used woolls for many years and it was absolutely brilliant BUT in the last 3 months it's gone down hill, missing items from prescriptions and deliveries taking ages to arrive, such a shame

my concern regarding the recent inefficiencies I have experienced at your pharmacy. It has come to my attention that the prescription GP submitted has been in your system for more than five days. Regrettably, when I visited to collect the medication, I was informed that it would not be ready for another two days. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering the importance of timely access to medication.
Additionally, the front reception staff appear to be in training and operating without adequate supervision. As a result, the information provided has often been inaccurate and unhelpful. While I appreciate that trainees need the opportunity to learn, this should not come at the expense of customer service, particularly when there is a significant queue of customers waiting. Unfortunately, I have witnessed staff engaging in casual conversation and laughter rather than attending to customers promptly.
These issues point to a larger problem with the current system in place, which seems far from efficient. I kindly urge you to address these concerns promptly to ensure better service for all customers.

Don't know what has happened to woolls used to be so efficient. Now you queue for ages outside the door & then when you do get there only to be told you prescription is not ready even though they recieved it from the GP 5 days ago !!!!! resulting in me running out of crucial meds. Often have to return because they have not got an item.This is not just a one off,this has become a regular occurance.

Pretty useless. I won't waste my time with anymore. Have moved my monthly meds to a different pharmacy, they are much reliable, and the staff are friendly.
I've just moved my partner's meds to my pharmacy, Central pharmacy on North down rd.

Appalling service, not the first time I have experienced this, very rude staff, incompetent to look for products, prescriptions or voucher codes, always queuing out the door, disgusted!!

Doctor sent urgent perscription to walls. Grandaughter left work Ramsgate to pick up for me. Perscription was there at. 1.20.afternoon,of the 6/6,as i have lung disease. Gave her perscription, but minus the important perscription from hospital. She waited 40mins.for a subscription she never got for me. Absolutely didgusting. And they have not answered there phone at all. Rang so many times, and was ignored. Absolutely appalling

Must of been one of those days. Since about 5 weeks ago the pharmacy has help massively going that extra bit just to help out...So originally I gave just one star but today they are a 5 star outfit.
