I?m very grateful to Thomas Jackson because I couldn?t have asked for a better experience. This was my first time buying a property and the team at Thomas Jackson were wonderful! From viewing the property to exchanging, every step of the way has been easy and stress free.When we viewed the property with Casey it was a very different experience than we had just had with a previous agent because Casey felt like a friend showing us around rather than a salesperson.When I called to make the offer I spoke to Darren and he remarked on the property and gave personal, genuine feedback about it - not just saying something to make a sale. His reassurance was very valuable and important in that nervous moment.After the offer we made was accepted Anne was excellent and showed exceptional care and kindness towards me and went above and beyond to make sure I was aways kept in the loop and understood everything - even in matters I should have asked my solicitor! Anne would look into things for me that she didn?t have to do but she was always quick and happy to help and that support was so appreciated.They are a very clear example of the personal and elevated experience you receive from a family run independent business and I couldn?t recommend them highly enough.

There are so many laws and health and safety requirements involved if you want to let a property now and it is so easy to be on the wrong side of the law.Hannah from Thomas Jackson took that burden away for me.I have opted for full management and compared to other agencies their prices are very competitive.Great communication and value for money

Very pleased with Sams initially valuation, then the sales team that secured a sale in a couple of weeks and then Annes sales progression that meant the sale completed from start to finish in 6 weeks.

Amazing estate agent!
