I've just had the pleasure of dealing with John Bird from Thomas and Partners. His expertise and knowledge of the local markets are excellent. We have had a few other agents over to value our property and I found them either hard work or difficult to get hold of for follow up questions. Then John came to the rescue as a recommendation from a friend. He has recommended us to get a few small jobs to help market the house in the best way that we can, so fingers crossed we market with John in the next few weeks.
