All the ladies are amazing really kind. I go in every other day at least and they are so helpful and happy. It's one of my favourite places to shop.

The staff in the margate shop were very friendly and helpful that's why I gave 5 stars to this store. I purchased a few Christmas bits for crafts. I would not reccomend going to the Westwood shopping centre store though as the staff especially the manager are very rude and say nasty comments about customers once they leave the store in front of other customers. Very unprofessional behaviour and conduct for a manager.
