Why can?t they restock when the store is closed?
It?s a constant battle having to negotiate the huge trolleys.

I have to agree with most of the comments on here, yes I took a look before I thought I would make my comment, the staff are pretty much there for decoration, they don't make eye contact with you and would rather talk to each other than acknowledge your in there. And i must say the prices in store are extremely high in comparison to other stores, including the main tesco store. Now I get it's a prime location and not as busy as a larger tesco store ( so you've increased prices to get your money back for the location) but the prices really do put you off going in there. I would have to say if you at least kept some of the items I line with your main store you would have a larger footflow, hence more profit.

Terrible graspof the proxy sale rule I was refused service while shopping with my sister whom I am the primary carer for. Refused service when purchasing alcohol when she had not been in the alcohol aisle with me and has simply picked out fruit. With the response of ? as you look so similar? so as I am a more petite female I can?t purchase items with my sister that I am the primary carer for. Shocking

Dear Tesco Management,
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the abusive behavior exhibited by your security team during my recent visit to your store on 28/04/2024.
While shopping with my child, I encountered a security personnel who displayed aggressive conduct, obstructing my path to the counter. As customers, we rightfully expect a standard of politeness and respect from your staff. This behavior was not only unwarranted but also unacceptable.
Furthermore, I witnessed another distressing incident where a customer was unjustly treated over the purchase of a Red Bull. Despite being within the age requirement, the customer was refused the purchase after challenging the security's decision. I intervened to encourage reasonability, only to face dismissive and disrespectful remarks.
The situation escalated when the security personnel followed me out of the store, unnecessarily provoking confrontation with derogatory remarks. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and does not reflect the values expected in our local community.
I urge you to address this matter promptly and effectively. I am willing to attend a meeting at your store to discuss this issue further and seek resolution.

Worst experience, the security is always rude and always feel like he is observing me or he is suspicious of me, similar experience happened to my friend as well.

Worst expericence, the security person asked me why do I need the wood forks for, considering the fact that I was buying food.He was very arrogant and the workers are most of the time not willing to help or to say hi to you.He made me very unconfortable, speaking with me like I was a thief . I am forced to buy from here as being close to my work but if u would have another option, for sure I would not return.
