Really grateful for the help of one of the staff members who I don't want to name as she may have done something she shouldn't. My mother in law needed to find a public convenience and as visitors, I just asked if someone could tell me where was near as mobility is an issue. The staff member allowed my mother in law to use the staff toilets. So so grateful that humanity still exists . Really appreciate the help

I went to tescos in Cliftonville hoping to find a particular dog food for senior dogs, unfortunately what I wanted wasn't there, on my way out of the store I thought I would just ask this young man if they stocked the food I was seeking, he said he would go out back and check, he returned with a box load, at this point I was pleased that not only did I find the product but this junior worker withoit hesitating happily helped, he is an asset to any business and sincerely hope tescos recognises the potential of some of thier staff...I cannot end this without mentioning his name.. Tyler.
Many thanks Tyler, hope you get the recognition you fully deserve.

Amazing TESCO where the raw poultry fridge is missing a door. Yes it?s as safe as it sounds. Wouldn?t want a health inspection there would we?

Never quite as good as the larger stores.
Does make me wonder why there is such a turnover of staff.

The Tesco store in Cliftonville, Margate has just reopened after a refit and after shopping there on Sunday, I would like to review it. This is what I noticed and how it made me feel.It is definitely not what it claims to be (Tesco Superstore) that is in name only, as previously it was known as a Tesco Metro, it does not have any extra shopping space to make such a claim now.Although the store does have more products on their shelves now, it is only because they have crammed it into the same space as before by altering the layout. One thing in particular I noticed about extra choice of stock was that it still has no Creamfields semi-skimmed UHT milk, yet there are plentiful amounts of Creamfields skimmed UHT milk. As I had previously requested this back in stock I had hoped on reopening they would now have restocked this popular semi-skimmed product again as it hasn't been on their shelves there since stocking difficulties during the pandemic. There seemed to be a lack of many of the other Tesco value ranges there also which I had thought they would have restocked again. If they are now calling the store a superstore then why a lack of these items that you expect? Now, the shelving for all the products has been pushed much closer together making many of the aisles between the shelving very narrow indeed, especially if you have a wheelchair or buggy which makes trying to get past other customers with or without a trolley-cart a real nuisance when the store is busy. Also, on a similar issue - the vertical rectangular pillars that hold the ceiling up are no longer in line with the rows of shelving but are now pretty much in the middle of each of the aisles making it a nuisance to get past those pillars when other customers are also trying to get past or are looking at items on the shelf, and when staff also have storeroom trolleys full of stock in the narrow aisles which they are using to restock the shelves it is so much worse.Could refilling shelves with the big loaded up storeroom trolleys be done when the store is quiet?I accidently knocked over some stock from a shelf with the basket I was using as I manoeuvred around the back of one of those pillars because of staff filling shelves with these large storeroom trolleys in front of it during this busy time on the early Sunday afternoon of my visit. The gap wasn't really wide enough for a customer holding a basket but then there was no alternative at that time other than going all the way round the shelving aisle and down the other way. People were clambering around such obstructions. Then there were the two young female members of staff who were supposed to be repricing and filling the reduced section but were just standing around on the end of the aisle chatting and joking away with each other generally and getting in the way of customers trying to get past while they blocked access to a shelf obliviously.I also found I couldn't comfortably bend down to pick an item from a low shelf without getting in somebody else's way in these narrow aisles. Feeling people brushing past constantly was too much. The whole atmosphere in this store now seems cramped and confined which ruined my shopping experience. The store is no longer suitable for use by customers with certain disabilities, whether being physical or psychological.I really don't believe disabled users of that store had been considered or even consulted beforehand by Tesco for such changes that have taken place to the store.I personally found the whole experience of shopping there quite claustrophobic and unfriendly. I would rather travel to the Tesco Extra or Sainsburys at Westwood Cross now where there is more freedom to move about without this added stress while shopping.I do understand the Cliftonville Tesco is more of a convenient store to nip in and out of but they have crammed too much into the small space with not enough room for the customer to move about unhindered there.

Really disappointed with my visit as I went in (with my daughter) to have a weekly shop and we went in expecting a superstore as it stated just to be presented with a small convenient store with barely any useful products. I wish I could leave a 0 star review but that?s not possible.
