Food is very nice cos I got the saver subs menu but the staff left me to wait for over 5 minutes before even asking me what I wanted to buy the left me and they were gisting which was so bad
However it was my first time here and they have given me a bad impression of them cos I was so forced to ask if they have closed cos they left me unattended to anyways I would advise people order online as they have nice food but don?t think of a walk in cos they won?t attend to you and throughout my stay here I was the only customer and I wasn?t treated well

Absolutely disgusting. Soggy bread and not enough salad. Chicken was slimy. BBQ meatballs tasted like liquor and were cold and inedible. Cheese bites were tough and cold. Filth.

The worst customer service I have seen!!! The two young girls looked exhausted and were very slow. It was empty inside, I realised why. I never witnessed such a bad atmosphere.

I was served by a lovely young lady today, who couldn't do enough for us and made our subs just the way we liked them. She served us at 6.20pm. Thank her for us and my son gave her 5 stars. This is the best service margate has had. Many thanks 2 her ?

Maybe if your staff focused less on chatting to one another and faffing about for over 20 mins, as well as serving people behind of me before me, I would have actually ordered and come back instead of walking out & certainly not returning. Horrendous
