Some fairly good low priced finds however the customer service here is the worst I have experienced anywhere in my life ! The 1st time I went I opened a polite conversation and the erratic woman suddenly became agitated and aggressive and started arguing with me. It?s gets worse, much worse ?.When I went to pay the woman just plonked my 5 items in a pile then asked for my payment. As she was clearly not going to fold them up or anything remotely close, I started to fold them before putting in my bag. Then came the 2nd attack. I was accused of ?deliberately wasting her time and causing the card machine to time out?. When she said this, I said ?if you would have started the transaction after I put my clothes away it would have been fine. Besides, it?s normal for staff to pass you the folded items?. She then went into overdrive ?oh really? I can?t believe your attitude ? turning the whole thing round on me for hardly expecting a perfect side folded flat front item. At this point, another member of staff came out. I explained I was simply folding my clothes as the sever had not done so. I did not berate her for this. Just explained why I was doing so, and she then joined in the attack against me. I was hardly asking for a Gucci suit in crepe paper. My 2nd more recent visit I know what to expect. This time it was another lady with a very deep voice that sounded like she was a very heavy smoker. I bought 5 items. They were left in a pile behind the Perspex covid screen. ?May I have my items please?? I was forced to enquire. With a move straight out of Harry Enfield meets Fawlty Towers, the woman placed both hands either side of the raggle taggle pile and slid it across the counter to where I was standing. I took this to mean ?here you go. Pack it yourself?I hope someone from Sense uk management reads this as it really is beyond belief the way paying customers are treated. I later visited the large charity shop for her down on sale side. The ladies were all cheerful and chatty. I told her about this experience and I was surprised to hear that she has been told these stories many times over. The aggression and rudeness of staff members here has been brought to her attention too.Oh and it reeks of cheap stale tobacco. I think someone was having a lambert & butler out of the back door without being sufficiently far away from the building. Delightful

Make sure you get your items scanned and pay by card. The woman (brown bob hair) pockets the money when you give the correct cash. I've reported her to management twice but theyre obviously in on it because she's still there!

Dirty clothes (smelly, stained). The toys and books are no better. They feel dirty, and are also stained! They have a foul smell to them like old urine. The only reason the prices are so cheap is because no one would be willing to pay a lot of money for bad quality, smelly stuff. The members of staff have ugly personalities, and are disrespectful. They are ungrateful, and frankly I wouldn't give them anything. They are in no way charitable!
