Financial check up call with Nick, he was very informative and patient while talking me through different options for my current account, highly recommend.
The team in store in Margate are also great and very polite and swift to help when visiting the branch.

Waited to speak to someone for 1 hour and 46 minutes to be cut off. Boy on the phone was rude and unhelpful and just transferred me because he couldn?t be bothered to help. Waiting 3 weeks for a replacement card!!! Absolutely stupid! Shutting my account and going to Halifax

Staff helpful while you wait, even good at keeping children entertained and gives water to dogs if they are waiting a while.

Banking seems efficient enough but there are more machines than staff as is usual these days but why does this branch never clean its frontage? The cash machines outside are filthy but much worse is the accumulation of litter and debris in the basement. Looks terrible. Do none of the staff notice this?

Whilst the new decor is nice it's totally mayhem when it's busy with the open floor plan, staff there are very cold and say hello because it's in their script but for the 2 times I have been in there I have not had a satisfying experience there.
