Me and my brothers gf went in and they refused to help us. They said if I don't show prove of address they will shut down her account. She went in today show them the prove and they were very rude "if I driver licence or passport to show its me" I told them "I have uk citizencard" but the lady stilled turned me down. And closed my account. Now she dosnt have a bank account now.

App is useless doesn't work all the time and I can't even pay the government when I want by transactions on the card from car insurance and loans many things which you have caused problems bit I can spend in all shops and contactless which is more riskier than on line or transactions.
