Me and my partner ordered for dinner, cost us a lot we waited roughly and hour and the app told us it was delivered, we never received our food, we tried contacting McDonald's they weren't any help they said we needed to contact uber eats so we did they were no help and said that the only thing they could do was issue a refund, 17 days later after being told it would take 5-10 days I still have not had my refund absolute joke

The place was clean, the food prompt and well put together... usually we end up rebuilding the burgers! My kids loved it and my coffee was excellent

Always hectic, have to queue behind all the delivery drivers as they seem to get the food first. Have had quite a few orders wrong and had to go back. Don't try and take a scooter in as they are no allowed, even if carried in.

Second time I have ordered from Margate for delivery and had a missing Quarter Pounder. This is really annoying and even more annoying when no one answers the phone so you have to go without !! Shan't be ordering from Margate McDonald's again. Orders need to be double checked before sending out !!

Ordered through the McDonald's app, ordered two happy meals one with a melon bag instead of fries, a Mc Crispy meal with mango and pineapple smootie, large fries and an extra mango and pineapple smoothie. They forgot to put in the melon bag and a smoothie and this is a reoccurring experience. I don't remember the last time I received my whole order! Avoid Margate McDonald's
