I wish there were 6 stars to give. Simply the best service anywhere. Great team and nothing is too much trouble. Helped us out as a family many times. Afshan leads the team of Bianca, Caroline and Lisa . Caring , compassionate and courteous.

They're used to be a young blonde chap working in here that was they most friendly, polite and helpful person you could every hope to meet. He was obviously a natural at customer service roles and made it a pleasure coming here.Sadly he is no longer here and the current pharmacist is very grumpy, seems like he doesn't want to be there at all and begrudges having to serve customers. Definitely not a customer service person.

Staff are so friendly and helpful , nothing is to much for them and the lady pharmacist is absolutely lovely , the best chemist in margate .
