Regular customer to Costa coffee like Costa coffee, manager is superb, unfortunately the blinds at the front of the building are not repaired so if there's a light rain you can't sit outside and have a coffee also looks like the window cleaner doesn't do the inside of the windows very often

Really helpful staff, just eat messed up my order claiming it was delivered due to driver calling me for the code (never give it out) and I went to the store after a phone call with them and they gave me my items no extra charge and tried to call just eat for me, lovely team very helpful

Food was nice as always with costa, other than the fact that the pastries were from a box and not fresh which surprised me. Coffee and service - not professional at all. For starters the woman behind the bar had her hair loose which is not appropriate in a food environment. I asked for whole milk and this same woman behind the bar completely disregarded this (even though I directly asked her) and used semi. I asked for it and if I?m paying for a coffee it?s important to me. Imagine if it?d been an allergy and she?d have overlooked it- dangerous. She had terrible stressed out energy and seemed to be struggling over making three orders. It?s a shame this happened because I really like the shop, it?s a lovely location with the sun shining in from across the road.

Nice, spacious and clean branch, we go here since the Costa in Birchington closed.
Parking: Free parking for Blue Badge holders, often right in front of the shop.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, and when you ask for help, the staff do everything they can to make you comfortable.
