Using the drop in service, to trade in 31 games, price online was £41. (Said could sway £5 each way)
Once I dropped them off they phoned 5mins later to say will only take 6 games and pay £5!!!
They said the vaule went down as the have a few scratches on them? Yet I know they are still in working order. They are second hand games after all.
The rest of the games they can dispose of for me or I can come collect!
I went to collect the ones they wouldn't take and donated to a charity shop.
Waste of time, wouldn't recommend and wouldn't do it again!

DO NOT USE THIS CEX ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
I recently brought an iPhone here, told it would have a year?s warranty on the phone if anything was to go wrong. After purchasing within a week I noticed it had an ?unidentified battery part? ?unable to use Face ID? ?unable to update IOS ?meaning I couldn?t download most apps etc. I went back to CEX and explained everything, and they said they would need the phone for A WHOLE DAY worth of testing, which is ridiculous because the phone should of been fully tested before it was sold to CEX (I have a large understanding of how the industry works) as someone with a full time job I wasn?t able to give the phone to them instantly and said I would be back for them to do this regardless of how ridiculous it is. Within a week, the phone battery fully died and would not turn back on, I took it back to CEX where I was greeted by the most rudest employee.
He told me they did not fix new battery?s in phones and they don?t have the ?facilities? for that. And that there?s nothing they can do. I demanded a refund and this was declined. Despite the years warranty. He continued to be extremely rude towards me smirking at me, and just not friendly whatsoever.
This CEX needs to be shut down, for the mental health damage it does to people, and I will be taking this much further. It is disgusting the way they treat people. And take financial advantage of people.
Shame on you CEX, get rid of the man with brown hair , tall and who clearly needs some training in retail experience!!!!!!!

Go here about once a month to both buy and sell items. Friendly staff always try to get things done promptly. Recommend this branch and CEX as a great place to buy and sell electronics etc.

Rude staff and seriously overpiced, and they wouldn't sell me a controller on display because it was part of a set, like they couldn't replace it

Very nice employees and very good deals. But, whilst I was there, someone opened the game case to Zelda breath of the wild, and took a bite out of the game cartridge.
