The pharmacy seems not to be checking if prescriptions have been changed before delivering medication to elderly people. One of the items on my fathers prescription had been changed as it was too strong, but old drug was dispensed, another drug he was given three tabs a day instead of one a day, that was reduced at least two months ago, and they provided another drug that was taken off two-three months ago. I've checked with the doctors and the correct prescription was sent over back in Nov. I wouldn't post a review of this nature if I could speak to their team and resolve it but they don't answer the phone and you can't leave a message. Very disappointed.

Started going to this pharmacy after my own stopped providing a repeat prescription service. That was about 7 months ago. Despite their assurances that this wouldn't be a problem they have failed every time to order my prescription on time. When challenged I have been lied to by the various members of staff in the pharmacy about when they have requested my prescription. It's seems their standard response is to cover up their own failings and to try and blame your Doctors. Duplicitous, incompetent and very unprofessional.

After being let down multiple weeks in a row by supermarket pharmacies my fiancée called Central to see if they could assist.Jay is friendly and goes out of his way to help, I wouldn't use anywhere else now.

After visiting 5 other pharmacies nearer me I called Central and they had the medication we needed but we're closing. Without hesitation they offered to stay open while I made my way over to collect it! I'm so grateful to the pharmacist not many people would do this late in the evening on a Monday.
