Bought a few items from here. Delivery was easy and cheap. We?ve also given a fridge and cabinet to them, came quickly to pick up and very friendly drivers. Staff were lovely and happy to help in store as well.

Arranged pick up of lovely dining room table & chairs, when I discussed before pick up if the fire retardant labels were on the chairs, I was unsure as they were not with me at that time, I explained they were only 8 yrs old & they were made by Old Charm & I was told this would be ok.When the Guys came to collect the items they refused to take the items as 1 chair did not have a label on it !, even though the chairs were identical, they also refused to take the table & 1 chair !, I am disgusted with this attitude & BHF have lost out on this very good donation to their charity.

I happened to notice some nice small cushions on a sofa in the window that would match a rug I have, so I enquired the price..£ 9.99 EACH.! ..I checked that was right and not for all 3, to be told yes that was correct because they were brand new..well I can get brand new cushions that size for far less than that! this is supposed to be a CHARITY shop..I was told they don't fix the prices..well who does then? whoever they are they need to be more realistic their prices even on second hand stuff is ridiculous,I have seen quite often tatty stuff marked up at exorbitant prices and yet they turned down my offer of a free two piece sofa in excellent condition except for a broken zip on one of the cushion covers!

Iâ??ve bought two sofas from this shop in the past 6 months. Both have been in beautiful condition, very clean and very well priced. The staff are very helpful and the delivery drivers are brilliant!! Will use again in the future and would recommend.
