I honestly can't explain the customer service I received in this petrol station. Mandy, helped me with my AD blue filter and also the pump on Number 8 which decided to play up with me. She came out and helped me do it all! Best customer service throughout my living years, was recieved. Even the lady at the till, was re-assuring if im happy with everything and if I need any other support. Honestly welldone Mandy and the night team at BP. I was there at 10.30pm and got the best help! Nice garage not the cheapest, fuel can be few pence more than others in the area.. Clean fuel station, with facilities to wash your car, inflate tyres and top up water. Accompanying shop is Marks and Spencers which also is not cheap but the quality of produce is very high. They have a wild bean cafe hot drinks service and a bakery bistro serving hot food and treats. Good garage just not wallet friendly

Shamefully there's an option to still give one star.The man with the little hat and beard at the till, you need to retire! What a disgusting experience I've had with you.Also, no offence guys but if you concentrated on your IN STORE customers instead of prioritising click and collect, you'd run a lot smoother.Lady couldn't even be bothered to 1. Make my coffee and 2. Use the coffee milk. Disgusting, awful place with awful and rude staff.I'd never dream of treating people like this where I work!

I had just popped in too get some fuel and as I payed the lovely lady behind the desk said would you like some flowers.. they were not good for sale but not too far gone to go in the bin.. I just want to say a big thankyou to that lady.. I was driving back having just had the sad news that my nan had passed away.. obviously the lady had no idea but it was such a lovely gesture given the days circumstances.. The staff in this garage are excellent always say hello and greeted with a smile.. and the coffee is lovely..They all get five stars from me ??????????
