This store employs some very rude staff. I was served today by Aaron. He refused to serve me claiming that the product I wanted was a prescription medication and that I had to wait one hour for the pharmacist to come back. As a doctor myself, I knew full well that the product I needed was not a prescription medication and he could have indeed served me but he refused to. I found that the tone with which he spoke to me was very hostile and very rude. I felt fobbed out of the shop so I left without what I needed, feeling very unhappy and very dissatisfied. Later speaking to the manager, Angela, she handled my concerns very empathetically, but Boots should really do better.

Always closed due to unforeseen circumstances - not really good enough. Large store but run down and very poorly staffed.

Not meant to shut till 5.30pm. On numerous occasions i have got there before 5.30pm & they have been locking the doors.

I tried to buy some condoms, but they didn't have any large enough.
I will try the Ramsgate store, I've heard they do a free fitting service.

This Boots has plenty of stock and easy to find. Customer service is very good and always willing to help. It has a in store pharmacy which can be helpful to a lot of people.

Pharmacy are very slow, prescriptions are never ready even when they were sent days earlier, doesn't even offer collection from gps or delivery of prescriptions.
