I have been coming here for a few years, the staff have a busy time, but the checkout person who served me must be a robot, no emotion when try to charge me £187.50 for a 3mtr roll of 10mm plastic tube. Unable to challenge a stupid price and think people are stupid and just pay. Come on improve your training. Or you will follow another well known store.

Just want to say how wonderful and helpful the young man Riley was today in store. He double checked that the item was suitable and whether it had a battery fitted inside the bell. It's lovely to go in a store nowadays and have good, genuinely helpful staff. Thank you

Good range of products and materials, but incredibly expensive compared to other similar stores. This is the place of last resort, when everywhere else is closed or don't have that you need.
