One of our favourite Aldis - well stocked shelves, with loads of fun middle of the isle goodies. The flow of the shop is similar to other Aldis - so no surprises there, you pretty much get everything in its place. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Nice overall experience :)

Wonderful place and staff going above and beyond , last week I had to use an Evoucher and was unsure what to do but the lad on the till was so helpful and knowledgeable he put me at ease and made my shopping trip a real pleasure , what a contrast to some other retailers , I wish I had caught his name but in general it's always 10 out of 10 for all the staff there along with the shop in general. Fantastic all round .

i was in the store today with my daughter and she picked herself up some apple juice and we shopped for a few other things, when i got to the till i saw a offer for JD and coke cans so i got some for myself. when i reached the till and put all my shopping down the lady asked my daughter to show her ID which is completely unnecessary as it was not for her and i have never been asked that in any other shopping store. i explained this to the lady and she was having none of it and accused me of being rude? excuse me if i was bit irritated about the situation because it was for myself. when i asked to speak to the manger she interrupted my conversation with him when i already said i wasn?t happy to speak with her which is why i asked for the manger. after i spoke with him she still refused to serve me. The customer service is extremely poor and the chasier was very undertrained with no work ethic and didn?t really have a clue what she was talking about, made me feel very under valid as a customer.
i also saw her having another negative altercation with a customer outside so it can?t just be me that?s had an awful experience with this lady.
