Sat at table. Ordered drinks. Looking at menu. Saw a mouse on the floor! Told the staff we were leaving. Staff didn't even seem to be bothered and just shrugged their shoulders. Will report to environmental services in the morning. Never again visiting Zizis.

Very expensive for what you get. Pasta dishes came out in cold bowls. One dish had no meat so had to ask for it to be re cooked. Whilst waiting so we could eat together all other food went cold. Would not recommend unless your eating salad.

First time for ages, ordered a pizza with 3 meats and only received the one meat. When asked about the other 2 I got some burnt pepperoni to add to it.
It can?t be hard making a pizza fml

Food was absolutely lovely - it?s been about a year since I visited and you guys have really upped your game on the food choices - menu was incredible for vegetarians - literally all my favourite meals on there? however absolute 5 star shout out to Fraser for EXCEPTIONAL service - love his attention to detail - made our evening an absolute pleasure and will definitely be choosing Zizzis as a Maidstone go to ! Myself and my partner took our 2 and a half year old to Zizzi for a treat just before Christmas. We were greeted by Mateusz who was very friendly and welcoming, he was very attentive and helpful and ensured our sons food arrived as quickly as possible to keep him occupied whilst we enjoyed a starter and main course, this made our dinner as relaxed as possible. I enjoy Zizzi very much as a common to go to restaurant choice but this experience has encouraged me to look at alternatives. We have two children under two and both our family and another with a toddler were left stood in the entrance waiting to be seated for 20 minutes (we had booked). The restaurant was almost empty with maybe 4 tables at most dining and we had been noticed by staff umpteen times before someone approached. The wait was totally unnecessary and the cold welcome was the beginning of issues. Our waitress was moody beyond measure, a smile would have been too much to ask and her body language and approach was less than warm and welcoming. Short abrupt responses and little understanding or patience for little diners and parents juggling. My food was incorrect but when I said not to worry and accepted it anyway to not cause food wastage it was dry and luke warm. Sadly it was stodgy as if it had been sat on the side for sometime and normal portion sizes were non existent. My todders portion was larger than mine by half...
My sons dish had an ingredient in it we asked to be removed on ordering albeit it was not due to an allergy but a dislike however very simple to just not add it. Luckily it was not an allergy or things really would have hit rock bottom.
All in all an awful and somewhat stressful experience. Expensive unenjoyable outing. It was a treat that was far from a treat.

It was a booking table for 8 and unfortunatey there was a few things that came up and we werent happy with. The waiters were lovely and quick for drinks but when it comes to ordering food we waited for about 15 minutes, so we decided to order on the app. After about 10-15 minutes of ordering the waiter came back informing us that for 2 out of the set menus they didn't have the main meal we ordered, which was a shame, and wasn't very exciting to order something we didn't initially decided on. After we had our food, the waiter informed us they ran out of the our selected option for dessert as well... so we had to choose a different one too... basically 2/3rds of the menu we have chosen was unavailable... so we could've not had the menu and actually ordered something completely different from the main menu. At no point before ordering was specified which items were not available on the set menu... they were rushing to tidy up to table but they didn't apologise for the inconvenience.

Fantastic, swift service and delicious food. The new Christmas menu was lovely. We really enjoyed celebrating my Mum's birthday at Zizzi.

Chronically understaffed tonight which was a shame but it was all about the desserts! The service was slow. Waiting on staff literally running including between floors. All the food was good. Especially the wonderful lemon cake with soft meringue topping. Outstanding desserts.

Our experience was excellent. It was very busy but our waitress May, was attentive, friendly and professional. She was totally rushed off her feet but we were very well looked after. Whilst you have excellent gluten free options and excellent vegan options, your menu is very limited for both combined and I?m always stuck having the same thing.

Food was nice and came out quite quickly but one waitress needs some training as she nearly dropped food down our backs a good few times and kept dropping dishes/dirty cutlery etc near our bags. Just take less stuff!! It was late in the afternoon so not particularly busy.
We were sympathetic until after we paid and she said nothing to us and walked off. A thanks (we tipped) and goodbye/merry Christmas would be nice.

We had a lovely meal at Zizzi Maidstone. Friendly staff and great service by Mateusz and Asia as always. Great food and a nice atmosphere.
