The service at this branch is incredible - we popped in with a query (over a torn banknote we'd received in change from a retail store) and Jack, the lovely guy at the counter, went out of his way to help us!
Jack stuck our note back together and assured us it was still legal tender as the serial numbers were both intact (little fun/useful fact for you there!) He definitely did not have to do this, but he went above and beyond to assist us and it made our day.
Yorkshire Building Society - Give Jack a raise! And Jack, have a lovely rest of your week!
