8 hr round trip,assured car was ready to go. Turn up and view, 3 dents in the passenger door,scratches and large paint chips on drivers door.and it looks like someone washed it with a brillo pad.who presents a 30k porsche like this and expects you to buy it ? Amateurs.

I purchased a stunning Porsche Panamera just before Christmas and PX'd my Range Rover. Due to the challenging market for Range Rover, this sales was slightly complicated to get the numbers to work. However, nevertheless between both the Wolverhampton and Maidstone teams the sale was completed.Throughout the sales process, Adam and Jaz in particular, were spot on. They ensured everything was sorted before I made the very long journey to collect the car.A month later though, the car I purchased did present a fairly significant mechanical problem. One which I was expecting the garage to try dodge repairing or pass onto the warranty firm. However, I couldn't have been more wrong. Within 24 hours of me reporting the problem and providing them with the necessary info, they had liaised with my local garage, approved the repair and covered the rather significant cost.And this ladies and gentlemen is the hallmark of an exceptionally good garage that really puts their money where their mouth is when it comes to after sales customer service!!Genuinely impressed with Jaz and the team who without hesitation resolved my concerns immediately and put my worry to bed.Good sales experience shouldn't be difficult in my opinion. Its expected. The real difference is how a business reacts when they are presented with a challenge. And Williams Group passed with flying colours! Thank you!!

I can't praise this company enough and will use them again when I am looking to replace my car. I purchased a Range Rover Hybrid from the Maidstone branch, but within a month I had issues and it had broken down on the M25. I had purchased extended warranty but because the issue was the Hybrid battery this was not covered, so I called the customer care team and spoke to Andrew. The bill was looking to be around 8k and the company agreed that they would refund my money, but if I wanted to keep the car they would cover the repair cost. I did like the car this is why I purchased it, so they paid for the repair and provided me with a car while mine was being repaired. I now have my car back and so far it's been great, but Adam and the owner of the company has agreed that should I have any further issues with the Hybrid battery, they will warranty it for a further 12 month and re started my 6 month consumer warranty.I can assure you I have had many cars in the past, I have had issues before when I have purchased a car, but never been treated as well as Williams Group have treated this issue. Adam even gave me a courtesy call when I got the car back, to check everything was ok. Great work everyone involved, especially Adam for his support hope I don't have to contact you again, but am confident if I did I would get the same excellent support.Please rest assured this company is not like all the others, and once they have your money you are on your own.

Tried to buy a car from Jaz - his communication skills are derisory. Never returns calls even to say he can?t get to the figures or try to close a deal. Basic communication is so easy and at least make a customer feel valued even if it?s just to say ?sorry we can?t do that deal but how about this?? Instead if the figures don?t work for them they just ignore you. PX value also lower than anywhere else.

Great experience from start to finish , i was a bit scared due to reviews online but i can honestly say that it was a very good experience. Tim was extremely quick at responding to my emails and super helpfull all the way .I will 100% use them again in the future f they happen to own a car i like .

I purchased a Jaguar Xe R sport back in July. My dealer was Chris who has been helpful and friendly. The RAC inspection was carried out without problems. There were a couple of minor issues as you can expect when buying a used car, but Chris sorted out everything so I left satisfied. Since July I have driven 6k miles to Greece and back. The car is superb and I have literally zero problems with it ever since. I just got back the car from Jaguar, oil and oil filter change with inspection, and they just confirmed what has been obvious, I got a great car, with no problems. Thank you!

Travelled from Manchester to come down so Jaz was excellent at answering all my questions about the car so that there would be no surprises when I arrived. I liked that he left me to take a close look at the car without breathing down my neck. Everything was as described so I paid full price for the car. Jaz put £20 diesel in which was a nice touch. Unfortunately only 30 days standard warranty and on the 30th day there were a few things go wrong with the car. Luckily Adam from aftersales support in the Wolverhampton branch was very understanding and contributed to the repair work I had done at my local garage. I would buy from them again in the future. Trustworthy company

The car broke down within 24 hours of delivery. Yes- that's right. I travelled 250 miles and bought a £34k car that broke down the very next day!I initially dealt with Jaz so I reported the issue back to him. It was agreed on the same day that I would book the car in with main dealer for diagnostic.The initial estimate for repairs was over £6k which was authorised by the garage very promptly.Adam, who is a manager got involved at some point and the communication was a bit slower (but i understand that various matters had to be approvedby their director which may have caused the delay).However, they funded a replacement car whilst my car was being repaired /diagnosed.Both Jaz and Adam apologised for the troubles and reassured me that they would ensure that the matter is resolved.Unfortunately, the dealer then found a further issue and quoted £34k to fix the car!!!Williams offered to issue a full refund and take the car back. The refund was processed within the next 24 hours.Whilst the whole experience was very stressful, both Jaz and Adam were very helpful.I often hear/read about troubles that customers are having with garages when things go wrong, but this is where Williams really shined.I would probably buy from them again despite the lack of luck with the recent purchase.

Avoid this place! The smarmy salesman Jaz tried telling me that the leather upholstery was meant to feel like sand paper and not smooth! His so called upholstery specialist had already re coloured the leather! My advice to the owners. Get a new salesman & a new upholstery guy who both know their stuff or lose more customers

Interesting when reading the reviews !!! I was interested in a car .. not a cheap one may I add and had asked to go see it ., seeing as I live in Portsmouth and need to travel 2 hours I needed the confirmation that I had the appointment booked - especially as its appointment only !! 4 days on NO REPLY to three emails (to a generic email address so anyone could pick this up) and a whatsapp which I can see has been read .. im a cash buyer and ironically i WILL buy a car Saturday so more the fool to them to lose 30K and a sale ! I worked in car sales for 3 years myself and I have to say that the service has been shocking . they clearly arnt fussed about good customer service of even hitting a target that Im sure they all have !!Good job two other dealers have provided a good service and ill no double be giving my money to someone who cares about the service they provide . Good luck to anyone out there who tries to buy a car with this team..

Drove 3 hours to get there to be low balled on my car. Their "expert" mechanic diagnosed two quite major faults within 5 minutes of looking at my car that a mechanic (who had had the car for two weeks previous fixing a separate issue apparently didn't identity). Absolute time wasters.

Don't PX with these guys! Took my Mercedes in for a potential PX, was offered £8k. I told them that was very low as it was worth at least £14k when paintwork done. The guy laughed and said that even mint they couldn't advertise it for more than £11k. It is now sitting on another dealers forecourt with a sticker price of £14,300. Don't deal with liars.

Dropped into Williams group Wolverhampton to view a 15k merc....the car was filthy dirty and full of unwanted furniture,clearly being used as a day to day user,a few weeks later I contacted Williams group in crewe with a view to looking at a jag xf estate,again around the 15k mark,and nobody has bothered to contact me regarding a test drive,as I was intending to drive 60 odd miles to view the car ,probably the most unprofessional operation I have come across, im amazed they managed to sell anything
