When i said about it they said u can by a bag for 10p.

I went to Wicks for DIY painting stuff before Christmas & left before 2 hours but I got parking ticket £100 for over staying. I spent over £500 for buying stuffs. But it was cancelled after I spoke with store manager. So be aware guys, parking is only 90 minutes free.

Went in and had the design team dosa bathroom for my partner and I. Explained everything about the house and bathroom and everything was ordered by their design team. Had the appliances delivered, sat and waiting until our tradesman could fit it all. Only to turn out they have given us an electric radiator and not one for central heating. This radiator cost £300, because it was only noticed 30 days after the purchase, due to works being carried out, wicks won't refund or do anything to help make this right. Even though it was their design team that made the mistake. We have contacted the store manager who says to speak to customer service and they say speak to the store. So we have been left with a useless £300 radiator and had to buy another one. Absolutely useless this store.

Was once a builders merchants, but now it's very similar to B&Q. Good take away cafe next door.

Great customer service!! Staff member Peter was a big help today, helping us replace a damaged kitchen door. He opened the new item to allow us to check for potential damages and even carried to the car for us! Thanks again Peter

Booked in for a kitchen design appointment with a guy called Dan. He didn't seem to be bothered that we had arrived (on time), a lady told us he'll be with us in just a minute, we sat and waited 20 mins whilst he chatted on his phone then we had no choice but to leave as my husband was on his extended lunch break but we would've run out of time. Won't be going to Wickes for our kitchen now.Very disappointed as have always had great interactions with all the other staff and customer service etc

Quite good customer service lately, improved from a few years ago. Prices are great and so is the quality for most items. Sometimes I get a few bad quality items and it's easy to return them, so that's great and easy
