I recently had an absolutely exceptional shopping experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, and I want to give a special shout-out to Toni. She went above and beyond, saving me hours of driving by suggesting a brilliant alternative to an ingredient I was searching for. Not only that, but she also arranged a free sample for me to try! I've honestly never been treated so well by a store.
It's clear that the culture here empowers the staff to truly engage and assist customers. This level of service is truly remarkable and speaks volumes about the quality of this business. It's a testament to how investing in customer care truly sets a business apart.
As someone who understands the value of excellent service, I can confidently say this is a great place to shop.

I love this store as it is a relatively small store with a wide range of stuff to buy and I always get a deal whenever I visit. Most products at reduced prices. Bargain store for me. Still my favourite for veggies. No change at all

This small branch is situated at the Mid Kent shopping centre in Allington near Maidstone in Kent.
I particularly like the Waitrose essentials brand which in my opinion is the best stores own brand amongst all the large supermarkets. They are reasonably priced but taste good too!
I also love their wide choice of speciality breads but you do have to be quick, don't expect to find much of anything if you visit later in the day.
The branch has a free car park but it is time limited, plenty of time to do your shopping though.
The store has a butchers counter and another selling fresh baked products, their speciality sausage rolls looked particularly good.
As the store ISA smaller one there's no cafe,no pharmacy and the ranges are a little smaller however the store is within a small shopping centre that has both a pharmacy,a cafe and a handful of other shops.
