Fantastic for veggie and vegan food. Massive selection for plant-based food.
Service is slow. Although they do let you know when you sit down that food comes out whenever and not together.
On a few occasions I have finished my food or waited for my partners to turn upon and mine has gone stone cold. This has ruined the evening.
All the food is very flavourful.

Incredibly fast service and helpful staff, the team at wagamamas is always amazing. We were served by Rob who was very helpful and friendly, and checked into make sure we were enjoying our meal as well as recommending great drink choices. The team at wagamamas always ensures that we have a great experience, the food and drinks are always up to high standard, Wagamamas is definitely my first choice for dinning in Maidstone.

We ordered the food for collection at 6:30, arrived on time. Left with food 40 minutes later!!! Drove 20 minutes home to find that my daughters food was missing from the order?.very, very disappointed!

Had a fantastic meal here with my friend. A lovely restaurant, first time here since it opened and I was very impressed. The service was amazing from start to finish. Megan in particular was very special and ensured our whole meal was thoroughly enjoyed. She made sure we were happy with our meal throughout and had such a warm and joyful spirit. All of the staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything and that we enjoyed our meal. The food itself was delicious as usual and everything came very quickly. Very happy and will definitely be back.

The staff are lovely apart from one of the lady staff (a bit poker face).
However, the portion is so tiny. I had exactly the same dish two other wagamama where the portion is a lot more reasonable. The hotpot I ordered in Maidstone is more like a starter instead of a main course.

Had dinner here on a Monday with my wife. Service was welcoming, friendly, and quick. Our plant based dishes - delicious. They were even kind enough to accommodate a swap of an ingredient without any issues. Loved the experience here!
