Worst shop in town terrible service the staff simply couldn?t care less about you they leave you waiting for ages without any acknowledgement and act like there doing you a favour when they do there job horrible place seriously considering changing my provider so I don't have to deal with the place anymore

I had the miserable experience of dealing with Morgan at the Maidstone store today. It was hands down the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. Unwelcoming, abrupt, rude and dismissive are just a few adjectives that spring to mind. It left such a sour taste in my mouth that instead of going back there, I?m travelling 6 miles further away to the next Vodafone store so that I don?t have to deal with her again.

I was recently offered an amazing deal, but somehow, this store could not work out how to action and provide me with the contract.
Turns out, after calling customer service, the advisor in store hadn't used his calculator properly! I would double check the offers if you are offered a good deal in the Maidstone store first. Avoids unnecessary trips and disappointment.

Had the worst experience at Vodafone Maidstone the Mall. The manager Jay or Jag (can't remember his nane) and Morgan have no customer skills, rude, arrogant and unhelpful duo!!!. Had my new Vodafone less than 24 hours and my sim card was stuck but rather than helping me he forward me to a street phone repair shop or call Vodaphone customer service to request a new phone! Awful awful service. I am now considering cancelling my contract(commenced less than 24 hours) with Vodafone and go to 02 whose service is outstanding from what I see!

I went into Vodafone Maidstone today to ask if they could help me retrieve lost messages. The staff were extremely helpful and kind in helping! It was no trouble at all. Would certainly recommend!

Very poor service, visited Saturday to upgrade phone, there were no systems, so the staff could not help me. Not there problem, however I popped back to see if systems were up and running, they were not, but my details taken on first visit were just left written on a piece of paper for all to see. Not great.Went back today only one person dealing with a customer, one person waiting, no acknowledgement from the one person, I did ask was he the only one serving, the reply 'the other person is at lunch' this was 16.15, no information was forth coming on return time of the other person. After 15mins I left, the other person waiting had been there 25 mins.Terrible service, at least the one person could have acknowledged me and given an estimated time of wait. So two wasted trips. I think some training in customer service and GDPR rules would help.
