I visited this location on Friday, 20th June, and had a very disappointing experience. The two staff members working that day were rude and unhelpful throughout. Just before closing time, I was already inside the store and knew exactly what I wanted to buy. However, instead of assisting me quickly, they told me I had ?only one minute left? and immediately said they were closing.
I?ve been to many Toolstation and Screwfix branches, and this is the first time I?ve felt the need to leave a review. The staff were unprofessional and dismissive. They could have either helped me quickly or informed me clearly at the start that they were closing. It felt like they didn?t want to help at all.
These two individuals are not suited for customer-facing roles. I won?t be returning to this store and will use the Screwfix next door from now on

Too slow, end up waiting in there for 20 minutes for a collection before someone appears from the back room to deal with it.

Had a great time with the staff members,Always very helpful to me,I think a young girl kcaitlin, she was helpful and understanding,But I do notice that someone of the customers are very rude to your stuff members,Such things that they think you?re staff members should know how to mind read, If the customer doesn?t know what they won?t,Then how the hell would you think,I?ve been a plumber /bathroom fitter/ kitchens,As a bit of an all rounder,Sometimes I try to help your customers out to the best of my abilities because they can be so thick rude,I just wish them sort of people would shop elsewhere, And stop making wait in a queue,I don?t think anyone can read minds but I think you can read mine
