Very disappointed with the store. I bought personal blender and got the wrong model I wanted to return the item this morning and the lady on the till said they don?t accept any electric returns unless is faulty. The equipment is brand new not opened at all when I found out you have to physically hold your finger and press to be able to blend and I don?t like that model I went to return on the next day.
So think twice before you buy any electric equipment from there is no return unless is faulty they said! Not great customer service. You should at least offer exchange models.

Ordered last week and was told that I would receive an email notifying me when the item has been sent. Well almost a week later I am yet to receive that email, so either it still hasn't left the warehouse or they don't intend on sending itEither way, this if for sure my first and last order with them

Ordered on 19 July was sent tracking info for 22 days then a week later said it was delivered not received been waiting over 2 weeks for refund not received one big scam quoted 5 -9 days delivery stay well clear of this company
