I went to Timpson for an issue with my garden shed padlock lock key and I was amazed by the service given by Tom
I went to a million key cutting places but only tom managed to sort it out.
I cant thank him enough for the service.
You have no idea how much of a hassle he save me from

Went in at 3.50pm on Sunday, asked the guy if he had time for a key cut. Very rude. Complained about having 15 people come in for keys at half 3. My mistake, I didn't realise if somewhere was shut at 4 that they really mean 3 ?
Will avoid Timpson now.

Fantastic! Took my boots in to get repaired as the front had become unstuck and the kind man repaired them for free! Very surprising and generous.

We were served by Tom who helps us with our passport pictures. We have 3 done, one for my husband, one for my 4 year old and one for my 9 month old. He was so quick and lovely, calmed my 4 year old who had been getting upset with the passport photo machine. Tom was lovely and chatty and really helpful. Thank you!!
